If you've worked with a trainer before in-person, you may find that you can not always get the best time for you. Now you can workout when it best fits your schedule.
Let's face it, working privately with a trainer is a little bit of a luxury. Not everyone has the budget to work with me privately a few times a week. Online training allows you access into my inner circle without the high ticket commitment on 1-on-1 private training.

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF....
My name is Andrea Aymer and I am a movement & nutrition coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher based out of Toronto, Ontario.
I have been working in the fitness industry for the last 17 years with 10 plus years as a yoga teacher. I currently work with people who want to get stronger and sort out body imbalances by the addition of strategic strength training.
By using online training, I am able to share my training protocols globally and also with individuals who want to train with me but their budget limits them with in-person sessions.
WHAT DO YOU GET?
CUSTOMIZED TRAINING PROTOCOL
Each program is made after I have a consultation with you. It is based on your goals and any limitations you may have (injuries, etc.). My goal is to bring your body back into balance and make it as efficient as it can be.
This will keep you getting stronger in your yoga or movement practice, build a solid foundation of strength and keep you injury free. I want you to have the mobility, stabilization, and strength that your body needs to perform optimally.
If you want results (who doesn't?!?), nutrition is essential. I will guide you on how much, when and what to eat to help support your wellness plan.
Also, I will teach you at the same time, so you will feel confident and can adjust to any situation you find yourself in
Bi-weekly check-ins to discuss, answer questions, and plan for the upcoming weeks.
Communication is key to help me give you the tools you need to succeed. Plus it keeps you accountable and motivated.
UP TO DATE WORKOUTS & PROGRESS PHOTOS ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE
Easy to use app that literally puts your program in the palm of your hand. Download the app, log your workouts as you go and everything is updated in real time.
You finish your workout, input your weights, ask any questions and it automatically updates so I can review right away! Having something to turn in keeps your accountable.
VIDEO MOVEMENT ANALYSIS & REASSESSMENT
Send videos of exercises and movements for critique to make sure you get the most out of your workout and stay safe. This also helps me see any limitations in movement patterns that need to be addressed with soft tissue release and stretching.
